Ireland: Land of Saints and Spirits, April 24–May 4, 2025
A Message from Ron Shive:
Dear Fellow Travelers,
Most of you have traveled with me in the past, and I hope others will do so in the near future. I am writing to let you know that I have planned a trip to Ireland: the Land of Saints and Spirits. The dates of the trip are April 25 – May 4, 2025. This ten-day trip will allow us to experience the beauty, history, and culture of this land of saints and spirits.
Attached you will find a detailed itinerary. All of our lodging will be in four-star hotels and the trip will be limited to twenty travelers. You will notice that each person will be responsible for their own airfare, and we will meet in Dublin at the hotel by noon on April 26. This will allow you to use your own points to travel, to travel at your own grade of travel, and to arrive early if you so desire.
Ireland is history in stone and windswept beauty. It is sublime countryside and a journey into the imagination. We will encounter the culture of a country that has profoundly impacted our world, visit monasteries that impacted the Christian tradition, walk amidst the most ruggedly beautiful terrains of the world, relish in the best of their beverages — Guinness and Irish whiskey — and enjoy the company of a wonderful group that we will all cherish as friends at the end of our journey.
Note that your deposit is due no later than August 31.
